General Liability:
Your Rotary club is insured through Rotary International
for weekly meetings and board meetings. This insurance coverage
is part of your RI dues that you pay to Rotary International in
July (not to be confused with the District dues). Any event that
takes place outside the normal club meeting, such as special events,
fund raising where the public is present, special functions where
alcohol is present or if your not sure whether you need to request
special coverage. You can download this request form on this site.
Plan to do this before the event. This does not cost your club any
more money. Take the time to do it. Better safe than sorry.
Note:
If your club is not up to date with RI dues, your club may not be
insured.

Directors &
Officers Insurance:
Your directors
and officers are insured through a policy paid for by the District.
That insurance
is part of the District Dues.
