Rotary Day of Service happens in May

The Rotarians of District 7950 join clubs from five states and two countries (US and Bermuda) in giving back to their communities each May in a record-breaking Rotary Day of Service. In 2023, more than 12,000 Rotarians and other volunteers took part in collecting clothes, refurbishing parks, building shelters and many more worthwhile projects. Is your club ready to take part in this community-building and public image-enhancing Day of Service? Click Read More to learn about the 2023 event.

The first step of course is to identify a need in your community that your members are ready, willing and able to fill -- possibly with add-on volunteers you'll recruit -- on a day of hands-on service.

Then you'll need a media relations plan to let your community know what you're doing. Fortunately, the organizers of this multi-state effort have provided a road map you can follow.

Visit the 2023 Rotary Multi-District Day of Service T-Shirt Storefront where Clubs and Districts can order their t-shirts in bulk for their community events.
The deadline for ordering T-shirts is April 15, 2023. However, it is recommended that you get your order in early to ensure you have ample time to deliver the shirts throughout your Clubs and District.
