Club Member Experience
A positive Rotary experience happens when members feel valued, understand their purpose, and bring their passions to impactful service. We’ll discuss how engagement grows through shared ideas, team‑based leadership, and mentorship opportunities. This session emphasizes meeting people where they are by aligning roles with each member’s time, interests, and talents.
